How do we progress IGSSF?

After serious disappointment of the lost opportunity to adopt the IG-SSF in February technical consultation, now we are working to have some bilateral discussions on "Occupation Situations" which was considered the Canadian delegation as "Highly sensitive" or "Highly Political" issue. We Over heard that the Canadian and Israel governments in a trade deal during this period which affected the adoption of IG-SSF. Anyhow, the Canadian civil society delegates are strongly condemned the Stand of their state. We do hope the Canadian CSOs will do their home work before the COFI 2014. We do hope GOSL will also in favour of the IGSSF as they claim people centered government always. Herman
